Nevermind, Posting More Old Stuff

It's the magazine projects...

I used to enjoy doing these back in elementary school. They're pretty embarrassing, I guess, but if nothing else they should be good for a laugh.

"Video Game Stuff" #1-3 I did from grade 5 to grade 7. If you download the files, you should be able to view little notations I left in the PDFs.

"Psy-ko Magazine" I did in grade 8.

Pretty fascinating stuff...

Haha, these are great! It's quite remarkable to see how much your ability progressed in three years' time!

Yeah, you really can see your abilities sharpening, especially between issues 2 and 3. Seems like you didn't really like Turok. But it does seem like you really like drawing Earthworm Jim. He shows up all over the place, in volume 2 alone he appears four times. Abe being the, "Puzzle Mudokon," kind of makes sense since the early Oddworld games were sort of puzzle games. I also like how blatantly you steal from stuff, because as a kid that was kind of one of my things as well, and it's good to see I wasn't the only one. I would rewrite movies or video games into crappy short stories. Seems like I had a lot to say.
Last thing: I liked the touch of adding little bits of text around the image of the, "WAY COOL," bomb in issue 3, which of course made it look more like it had been lifted right out of issue 2. Pretty cunning for grade 7, I wouldn't have thought of that.
